Cancellations

Orders ship within 24 hours of order placement (Monday to Friday 5 pm, PST,  except Holidays). Orders can be canceled prior to receipt of the tracking number using the cancel order button in the order confirmation email or the URL in the order confirmation text. Once you receive a tracking number an order can’t be canceled - refer to our Return Policy.
